Turkcell has voice, SMS and MMS interconnection agreements with fixed and mobile network operators.
Voice interconnection fees are determined in accordance with the decision of Information and Communication Technologies Authority (Bilgi Teknolojileri ve İletişim Kurumu (BTK)) on mobile termination fees.
SMS and MMS fees are currently determined by the parties within the scope of commercial agreements.
Turkcell offers access and call origination service to firms holding license for Virtual Mobile Network Services (VMNS) with which agreement is reached within the scope of commercial terms and technical competence and provides data, voice and SMS/MMS services on a wholesale basis over Turkcell network.
