Digital Subscription Application Privacy Notice

This privacy notice has been prepared by Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“Turkcell”) as the data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be followed in the Fulfillment of the Disclosure Obligation. Your personal data obtained by automated methods within the scope of your subscription application you have made to Turkcell, in accordance with Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”):
5809 numbered Electronic Communication Law, in particular, due to the laws that Turkcell is subject to; for the purposes of evaluating your application and establishing your subscription, your name, surname, date of birth, address and Passport Number and your identity information, a Passport Document belonging to you in order to confirm your identity during the establishment of the subscription agreement will be processed.
Since it is directly related to the establishment and execution of the Subscription Agreement; your name, surname, GSM, e-mail and Passport number information for the purposes of evaluating your application, communicating with you to inform you about your application and creating your subscription; your address information to inquire about the infrastructure at the address subject to your application will be processed.
Due to your explicit consent, the video content you will share for the purpose of video verification of your identity regarding the application, your identity information, your identity document, your photo on the identity document will be processed.
Such personal data may be transferred to authorized institutions or organizations, including regulatory and supervisory institutions, upon request, in order to resolve legal disputes or in accordance with the relevant legislation. Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners with whom we cooperate and/or receive services for the purposes of offering and promoting products and services.
Turkcell processes your personal data in accordance with the Law and legislation and takes all necessary security measures by showing all sensitivity to ensure your privacy. In relation to your Personal Data, you may exercise your rights set forth in Article 11 of the Law. In order to use your rights regulated in Article 11 of the Law regarding your Personal Data and to get detailed information, you can fill out the “Data Subject Request Form” digitally after downloading it to your device, via e-mail to turkcell.kisiselverilerikoruma@hs03.kep.tr from your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, or by printing out the form and filling it in writing and sending it to “Turkcell Genel Müdürlük Aydınevler Mahallesi İnönü Caddesi No: 20 Küçükyalı Ofis Park B Blok - Maltepe/İstanbul” or you can send it to kisiselverilerikoruma@turkcell.com.tr by using the e-mail address you shared during your application, prepared in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
